In early 2014 we contacted Marine Imports NZ to explore the possibility of importing a large motor yacht (launch) from the USA. Given this was our first time undertaking such a venture, we initially felt a considerable amount of anxiety appreciating that a successful outcome would rely on the honest representation and trustworthy experience of our agent.

Having now successfully imported a lovely Navigator 6100, we are most happy to testify that we believe Stuart Arnold (who was our representative with Marine Imports NZ Ltd) showed himself to be thoroughly honest and trustworthy from the initial negotiation to the ultimate delivery of our vessel. When monies were required at various stages in the process, it was clearly stated what these were for, all payments went smoothly and were handled in a timely and professional fashion.
